Grimble the Grim Reaper with a Candy-Cane Scythe

Even the Grim Reaper wants to celebrate Christmas in style and good cheer, so he trims his cloak with wintry fur trim and paints the handle of his scythe like a sweet candy cane. And not only that – he has even picked up a bauble somewhere and now hung it on his scythe as a decorative extra. Is anyone still afraid of him now? At any rate, he proves that he has a sense of humour, even if it is naturally rather black and morbid. The 10 cm tall, 8.5 cm wide and 6.5 cm deep, outrageously grinning Grim Reaper from the "Silent Nightmares" series by Nemesis Now is thoroughly humorous, made of polyresin and carefully hand-painted. As an unusual and decidedly somewhat macabre Christmas and winter decoration, Grimble is sure to cause a stir. For collectors with a taste for black humour, the reaper Grimble also makes a quirky and funny gift that is certain to make a big impression. The Grim Reaper as a Christmas figure therefore comes with an equally funny printed gift box.

Macabre Christmas Decoration from the Silent Nightmares Series

The Silent Nightmares series by Nemesis Now combines familiar festive motifs with a gothic aesthetic, black humour and dark figures. Grimble applies this concept to the classic Grim Reaper, turning him into an unusual Christmas figure somewhere between macabre decoration and a playful horror motif. This makes the hand-painted figure a great match for alternative Christmas decor, gothic collections and seasonal arrangements that deliberately set a counterpoint to traditional festive styling.
