Highland Cow Snow Globe with a Highland Cattle Family

Day and night are just overlapping, and before the star-covered turquoise night sky rests a glass globe with a Highland cattle family on a wintry full-moon night. It is somewhat astonishing to discover, on an adventurous winter journey through the snowy wild landscape of the Scottish Highlands, that even the shaggy Highland cattle can feel the cold. The little Highland cow family evidently also had caring keepers, who had been knitting scarves and colourful hats for their small herd all summer long. And so the three of them, snugly warmed, can watch the travellers from within the protective snow globe. That only changes when you shake the snow globe, for then they are swirled about by cheerful snowflakes. The lovely, detailed base on which the snow globe rests shows a romantic winter landscape with rustic, snow-covered fences, mountains and trees. The base and the Highland cow family inside were made of polyresin and artfully hand-painted; the globe itself is of glass. This romantic snow globe by Nemesis Now is 14 cm tall, 12 cm wide and 12 cm deep. With its wintry design, it fits beautifully into Advent or Christmas decorations and thus makes an atmospheric gift. This fascinating snow globe comes in a suitably printed gift box.

Winter Decor with Highland Cows for Advent and Christmas

Highland cattle originally come from the west of Scotland and are known for their long, dense coats and their hardiness. That is precisely why the shaggy Highland cow is such a good fit for a wintry snow globe, bringing a touch of Scottish landscape romance to the Advent season. As hand-painted winter decor, the snow globe suits Christmas arrangements, cosily decorated shelves and makes a gift for anyone who likes Highland cows and Scottish-inspired motifs.
