Reaper Figurine with Sword Wings - Death by the Sword

When I placed this gentleman on a shelf, I almost felt that he is the most charming statuette of them all. Besides, how can one deny that in this case, creativity is sort of unnatural?
His cloak "flows" so elegantly, making me think that it was made in order to allow its possessor to use that impressive sword of his by being able to move without any difficulty. The fact that this sword carrier has skeletal hands and no face adds a lot to his macabre quality, which is enhanced by these wings that are composed not by feathers but by numerous swords.
Because he is indeed a sword carrier and even more: a twisted angel hiding in the shade of the unknown, perhaps guarding something and also awaiting for the opportunity to transport us into a realm of guilty pleasures. "We have so much to show you..."
