Flames that whisper ancient legends

In Greek mythology, the goddess Athena transformed the beautiful Gorgon Medusa into a fearsome monster with serpentine hair, turning all who gazed upon her to stone. Yet in this striking tealight holder, the enchanting Medusa has not lost her former beauty. Clad in a magnificent green and gold robe, she evokes the Libyan serpent goddess of the Amazons – a symbol of feminine wisdom and a revered protectress – or perhaps an ancient Egyptian deity or queen. Even the serpents upon her head, woven into elegant, orderly braids, do not diminish her grace. Only the two skulls in her hands, serving as tealight holders, hint at the power and danger she still commands.

This artistic Medusa figurine with twin skull tealight holders is crafted from high-quality, hand-painted polyresin. Standing 55.5 cm tall, 28 cm wide, and 15 cm deep, it accommodates candles up to 5 cm in diameter. More than a decoration, it is a striking gift for anyone who wishes to be in the presence of a powerful woman.

A goddess uniting light and shadow

This Medusa figurine is more than just a decorative piece – it is a symbol of feminine strength, mysterious beauty, and ancient myth. Her green and gold garments shimmer in candlelight, while her intricately braided serpent hair seems almost alive. Lighting her candles brings not only warmth to a room but also the aura of a mighty protectress.

Whether gifted to a friend who cherishes powerful symbols, displayed as a centrepiece in the living room, or incorporated into a ritual collection, this tealight holder resonates with those who feel a connection to mystical tales. Hand-painted and crafted from fine polyresin, it is a piece of artistry that perfectly balances elegance and danger.
