When the Plague Doctor releases his healing mist

In old Venice, the plague doctor’s beaked mask was filled with herbs to guard against foul air. Just like Doctor Miasma, who holds a vessel designed to spread the fragrance of his remedies. When the incense cone burns upon it, smoke flows gently like mist through time, carrying whatever scent you choose.

Standing 17.5 cm tall, 14 cm wide and 9 cm deep, this carefully hand-painted backflow burner evokes the aura of ancient Venice and its mysterious healers.

The Smoke of History – the Plague Doctor’s Secret

This figurine blends gothic style with echoes of lost medicine. His long-beaked mask and steady pose recall courage in the face of darkness. As the incense flows, it recreates the healing mists of centuries past.

Perfect for collectors of the macabre, for ritual spaces or as a conversation piece, the Plague Doctor Miasma merges legend, fragrance and shadow. Every wisp of smoke becomes a memory, every curl a whisper of Venice’s forgotten alchemy.
